Contracts Division

Our Contracts Division focuses on the transactional, regulatory and operational aspects of aviation. The team handles aircraft and engine transactions, leasing and financing structures, regulatory approvals, fleet management and ongoing compliance.

Acting as a strategic partner to operators, lessors and financiers, the Contracts Division ensures that transactions are legally robust, operationally viable and fully aligned with applicable aviation regulations.

Liability Division

Our Liability Division intervenes when operations, assets or reputations are at risk. The team provides legal advice and representation in aviation accidents, incidents, regulatory investigations and disputes, covering civil, criminal and administrative liability.
