Nallely Galindo Ocaña is the Registry & Regulatory Compliance Specialist within the Contracts Department at Aeroiuris Abogados. In this role, she is responsible for the coordination, control, and follow-up of aircraft-related registration, filing, and administrative formalization processes handled by the firm.

Her work focuses on ensuring that each file is managed with an end-to-end view, from the execution and formalization of documentation to the completion of the relevant filings and post-closing steps. She coordinates documentation, notarizations, sworn translations, taxes and fees, filings before the Spanish Movable Assets Registry and the Aircraft Registry, and registrations, amendments, or discharges before the International Registry under the Cape Town Convention, when applicable.

Nallely also works closely with notaries, sworn translators, internal lawyers, clients, public registries, and other parties involved in aviation transactions. Her role is essential to maintaining full traceability of each matter, monitoring deadlines, identifying blocking points, and ensuring proactive reporting on risks, delays, and pending actions.

Before joining Aeroiuris, Nallely developed more than 10 years of experience in corporate, contractual, and digital law. She has advised on the drafting, review, and negotiation of national and international contracts in Spanish and English, including technology agreements, software licences, cybersecurity and data protection matters, intellectual property, service agreements, construction and infrastructure contracts, corporate documentation, and cross-border commercial operations.

Her professional background includes legal and contractual roles in technology, retail, construction, infrastructure, and international trade environments. This experience has given her a practical understanding of complex documentation flows, risk management, supplier coordination, and the legal structuring of operations involving technical, commercial, and regulatory components.

Nallely holds a Law degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and a diploma in Business Law. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Intellectual Property Law in Madrid. She works in Spanish and English, with advanced English proficiency and experience in bilingual contract negotiation and legal drafting.
