As Personal Assistant to Managing Partner Inmaculada Martínez Caballero and Board Member Gilles Bérard, Rebeca plays a pivotal role in managing priorities, coordinating schedules, and keeping communication seamless at the highest levels of the firm. In her dual role as Office Manager & Administration lead, she oversees daily operations, financial coordination, supplier relations, and IT support, while ensuring the office runs with efficiency and professionalism.
Her professional background includes leadership positions in luxury hospitality—where she managed guest experiences at 4- and 5-star hotels in Spain and the UK—as well as in real estate, where she streamlined operations and client processes.
Earlier in her career, she gained invaluable insight into the legal sector as a Secretary and Personal Assistant in prominent law firms, giving her a strong foundation for her current responsibilities.
Rebeca is recognized for her proactivity, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English, with additional knowledge of Portuguese, she thrives in multicultural environments. Her studies in Customer Experience Management, Hospitality Management, and Business Administration complement her natural leadership and people-first approach.
